I weeded through hundreds of fall decor projects to find these ten chic ideas for you. They made my list because these are projects I would actually make myself and display in my own home. No crap here, remember? ;)
BOOK PAGE PUMPKIN
Last time I made a book page project, I was on my way to a Pinterest Party and forgot to bring my book. I had to stop and get gas and what do ya know, there was a free Trucker’s Bible (only it wasn’t called that – it had some other unassuming title) right by the checkout. It wasn’t until I started ripping the book apart that I realized it was a BIBLE!!!!!!! Yeah. So I have a book page wreath made of bible pages hanging on my living room wall.
FALL HARVEST WREATH
This simple wreath is made from cornhusks. Love the texture.
CHALK PAINT PUMPKINS
Love the color scheme – neutral and earthy with a pop of color.
PUMPKIN FLOWER VASE
So simple. So chic. So lovely.
Made from old sewing patterns. Tissue paper would work, too – but I love the antiqued look of these.
You’ve likely seen the burlap version of this before, but I like this linen version much better. Seems cozier. Love the gray on gray.
There is a velvet pumpkin CRAZE right now. They are everywhere. I like this tutorial, which includes video. When I make mine, I’m going to do a more neutral color scheme (like the Chalk Paint Pumpkins above).
APPLE VASES WITH GREEN SPIDER MUMS
Seriously. How cute are these?!
CHANDELIER PAPER SLEEVES
I can’t believe I never thought of this. I’m so bored with my plain old Lowe’s chandelier over my kitchen table. Recently, I swapped out the wick-shaped bulbs for clear round ones and left the shades off. That helped. But I’m anxious to see how these sleeves will look.
SWEATER CANDLE HOLDER COVERS
How clever and cute and cozy. I’m so doing this. Candle holders and sweaters are plentiful and cheap at Goodwill, btw ;)
So… hopefully that leaves you with some inspiration for Fall decorating ideas. Which project(s) are you most excited to try?
